Durham, N.C. - A pair of touchdowns from Jimmie Robinson and Akevious Williams helped the Wildcats secure their fourth straight win and remains unbeaten in conference play as they defeated North Carolina Central 27-13 Thursday.

The Wildcats came into O'Kelly-Riddick Stadium aware that the game could come down to one single play as they won three of the past four years in stunning finishes. The two dynamic athletes of Robinson and Williams made sure that they walked away with a comfortable margin this year.

Robinson finished with 174 all-purpose yards, while Williams complemented him as he rushed for 58 yards, threw for 95 yards and found the endzone both rushing and passing. Marquis Hendrix led the BCU defense with 13 tackles, followed by Tydarius Peters with 10. Uriah Gilbert and Jamarquis Reeves each had a sack.

This win improves the Wildcats to 3-0 on televised ESPN games this season and second consecutive on ESPN after defeating Morgan State last week.

BCU begins a two-game home stand October 19 against Norfolk State at Daytona Stadium followed by Homecoming on the 26th versus South Carolina State.
