HBCU Philanthropist and Educator Harold V. Lucas, Jr. Named Grand Marshal of        Bethune-Cookman University's 2019 Homecoming Parade in Daytona Beach, FL

"My B-CU legacy is that I helped as much as I could through the years. I have a philosophy that I'm going to do for Bethune-Cookman because I see its value ... Everybody can't give money, but you can give time, energy, service and effort," said Harold V. Lucas, Jr. "How could I not be thankful for all the opportunities that Bethune Cookman-University has provided me? Many hands make light work and we all should be dedicated to our alma mater. If there's something we can do, we ought to do it. There's nothing like Bethune-Cookman University. I will always be devoted," he added.
